Premium AEROTEC opens company site in Hamburg
Augsburg/Hamburg, 14 July 2017 – the aviation industry supplier Premium AEROTEC is developing its presence in Germany’s biggest aviation city. To achieve this, the company is building another site in Hamburg – and is once again ensuring that Hamburg is a portal into the future for aircraft construction. With around 150 employees in development and production, Premium AEROTEC has a strong presence – as a builder of close relationships with its clients and have a network of high-performance partners and suppliers. Premium AEROTEC opened its new site in Hamburg together with Frank Horch, the Hamburg Senator for Economy, Traffic and Innovation.
Premium AEROTEC delivers first fuselage shells for the A321neo ACF to Airbus
The aerostructures supplier Premium AEROTEC is playing a significant part in the development and production of fuselage shells for the A321neo ACF. The new model is a comprehensive redevelopment of the existing A321. For this, Premium AEROTEC and its engineering team have revised the construction of almost the entire fuselage. Now, the company has delivered the first shell shipset for this new generation of aircraft to Airbus from its Nordenham plant.

Premium AEROTEC puts the most modern CFC production facilities in aircraft construction into operation
The aerostructures supplier Premium AEROTEC has expanded its production facilities for the long-haul aircraft A350 XWB at its Augsburg site. For this, the company extended the existing production hangar located directly next to the football arena. Now the company has put its new, cutting-edge production plants for CFC door frame components into operation.

The next generation of aircraft is getting ready for take-off
Augsburg, 22 May 2017 – The aerostructures supplier Premium AEROTEC continues modernisation of its Augsburg site. A core element of this project is a cutting-edge production line. This unique production plant, developed specifically for Premium AEROTEC, is now being put into operation for serial production. It will ensure that, from now on, the assembly of fuselage sections for Airbus’ A320 family is faster and can be undertaken with fewer demands on logistics.
