Start into a successful future

Premium AEROTEC GmbH started its operations with legal effect on 1 January, thereby finalizing the carve-out process of the former Airbus sites in Nordenham and Varel and the former EADS site in Augsburg within the expected time frame. The business activities of the three sites have now been transferred to the new company.
