10-06-2009 Premium AEROTEC for the first time at the Paris Air Show – Le Bourget 2009

At the entrance of its stand, Premium AEROTEC demonstrates its abilities with the display of two carbon composites components for the new Airbus A350 XWB program: The first is a section 13/14 CFRP side shell test panel with a size of 3,50 meter x 2,30 meter, manufactured in prepreg-technology. Furthermore, the aft pressure bulkhead demonstrator manufactured in the VAP®-technology is displayed in its original size of 4,20 meter x 4,50 meter (VAP = Vac-uum assisted process).

Premium AEROTEC’s main business focus is design and manufacturing of titanium, aluminum and carbon fibre structures as well as the corresponding manufacturing systems for civil and military aircraft. Today, the company takes a leading position in the industry (no. 1 in Europe, no. 4 worldwide in aerostructures).

On its stand at the Paris Air Show, the company’s engineering and manufacturing know-how will be shown in numerous examples.
