Premium AEROTEC also has outstanding knowledge in the field of constructing wind tunnel models, especially in the field of low and high-speed models. Models of various take-off and landing configurations, built in Varel, are used to test the aerodynamics of different phases of flight.

Premium AEROTEC also produces high quality and cost-efficient industrial production lines, individual models and demonstrators. Flexible usable production tools as well as complete aircraft structures - using metal or carbon-fibre reinforced plastics (CFRP) - are also part of our skills. Our abilities in producing and installing electrical wiring as well as fuel-, hydraulic- and pneumatic systems allow us to build entire prototypes. The required know-how is based primarily in the excellent training and many years of experience of our specialized workforce.
